My new "kit" arrived yesterday , an xps type foam hotwire/cnc cut Mig 29 from Podium-jets

http://podium-jets.com/products/91-mig-29.aspx

Quite a bit of work to do with it to get it to the point of flying but i knew that already , i bought it really because i love the mig-29 and im sick of buying the chinese made epo/eps jets and throwing the electronics away because theyre dire and basically being left with a shell that ive paid over the odds for because they only sell the jets with electronics, plus, the only real mig-29 is twin 70mm and i dont really like it , dont know why.

I havent glued the sections together just taped them up for a quick sizing and photo , i did glue the nose cone sections together though to test the glue. Should look pretty good in the air Very Happy

Just remembered i need to sort my Bmfa out and join the club .......

Aye m8 its going to be a long build rather than the usual "stick the wings on job" , but im looking forward to it ,a bit daunting but still Very Happy If i can make it look half decent and it flies ok i may buy more rather than buy the Cinese kits ( he's got more in the pipeline ) but i'll see how this one goes first, i may not have the skill.
