I'm going to fix the crash / landing damage to the nose wheel first, I think the power is good and I'll probably leave the prop sizes as is but try to see about a contra prop for one side to lose the torque effect.
Have to have a look at mixing some flaperons but still need to explore the low speed handling - watch this space

Proper Flaps can help

But if Ailerons are outboard on the wing and used in Flaperon mode they will create "Wash in"
and likely cause Tip Stalls

Best to explore the Low Speed Handling on the 'plane first

Fly high and test.

If needed, proper Flaps can be added later
but lets test the 'planes low speed limits first

1 flight isn't enough to make a proper judgment

Wink

I was going to bring the aerolons up by say 5mm for landing ( as per kunlun and twinstar) but agree early days yet. Got to get 2 crashes high min and find the stall.
Bring your hard hat !

Could have been worse ...........

Not sure on the Up Ail. it's normally used as a type of "Drag brake"
on higher speed aircraft (note the deployed Flaps on the C130 Picture above)
