If members are wanting to embed video in the forum you will have to do the following :

1) Go into your profile
2) Select Preferences tab
3) Scroll down to " Always allow HTML " and tick the box
4) Select save

Now when you want to embed your vimeo or youtube videos you can copy the embed code from the site and paste it in your post
