Ok well after ending up in the beck, the hd footage file was trashed
So the only footage i had left was from the live link, now Keith will testify how bad it is through the gopro in low light, its really bad. The only time you get a half decent picture to use - or more to the point fly with is when your facing the floor lol
Anyway, i put the vid up anyway and i included the beck crash and recovery at the end, if you cant laugh at yourself who can you you laugh at

Lol, its all good, cant work out failsafes this time, there should have been loads of powerleft.
Oh well, all today ive been playing with her, reinstalled the dragonlink uhf system, this time round though rx is off a nicad pack. So if all goes well then it points to the bec on the other planes and the radian. I hope so. Then i will have a deffinate answer and can fit Becs to them both and get out flying
Will find out tomorrow

I'm sorry we don't have permission for that such use is likely to breach our Council agreement
I'm also considering charging Ian a Water Landing Fee ! The beck is out of bounds without "Special permission" The Safety Officers will be informed if any further water landings occur !
LOL

Lol Cheers Paul
Well i went out today with her over the field again.
Even though i thought lighting conditions were better but not great the gopro tends not to agree lol Ive got the HD footage but its a bit boring.
The wind was too high for the radian, i had full throttle on to get back from the far end to myself and made only tiny progress. On the up side, i had the Dragonlink back in, powered off a nicad pack and had no failsafes, no rc loss
So thanks Paul, its certainly looking like a Bec issue
A few more flights to make double sure, then a new fuse is going on and a flight cam next to the gopro after again disappointing results, i tried between flights swapping light compensation settings and nothing. Still too dark, although one setting did improve it a little

you should get a decent picture all the time then shouldnt ya m8, seen as you spend most of the time pretending to be a suicide bomber, lol
Awesome vid tho m8, Ive got a contour 1080p HD helmet cam which is similar to the go pro and that is $.H.!.T when you are looking mostly at sky, Ive tweaked it adjust the light setting so it compensates for the more light given off when looking at more sky than ground, that worked ok.
