Is making me a bit bloody nervous also, I've lost 2 planes in the last year both unexplained loss of all control.

I have a sacrificial plane to use if needed as I'm gonna pull it to bits soon anyway, Paul you might need to put your scanner at a higher level as 2.4 works los and the trees will be blocking most if not all of the signal whereas when we fly over that point we are usually above tree height giving los to whatever is taking us out. Point part proven as i flew over that way tonight but kept below the tree line with no problem, Might be coincidence i grant you that but it makes sense to me.

Oh just to add i did not go above tree height in that area to confirm the presence of a signal as it was my lil ripper plane in the air and the risk was not worth taking.
The nutball however will take a kicking.

It's too early to say but the trees are easy to eliminate.

I can take the scanner for a drive around the surrounding estate
