Added some hobbyking skis to the edge 540 for a bit of snow flying before it got to cold and we went home Razz

hi, i also have them on there way from hobbyking.just hope i get them before snow has gone .wot size plane did you put them on.i was hoping to fit them to my parkzone t28

i have found out by experience that skis are no good for tricycle undercarraige but have yet to try them on a tail dragger. confused

Tail wheel worked fine for steering. In the videos Sam lands across the field, then he taxis round and takes off again. It is quite a heavy plane for skis so used 3/4 power for take off (that's why as soon as it leaves the ground it goes straight up).

The site is TMFC, Redmarshall field.
