Little Speedy foamie build

After flying the Tcopter and my other planes the only thing I'm missing is a little plane built for speed. A little searching around in my shop I found a few spare motors and decided on one for this build, I believe its a 2350kv motor but I'd have to check to fully confirm.

So this is the stage of the build so far of a plane known as the speedy, this plane is capable of very high speeds given the right power setup. I hope to maiden this weekend if the weather holds out as its a very quick and easy plane to build, please note this is not my design it came from the internet via a friend .

Wingspan 26 inches
fuse length 21 inches
Auw should come in around 10ozs
the fuse at the moment stands at 1.5ozs
I'm looking at a 2350kv motor running 1000mah lipo on a 5x5 prop

If anyone is interested in building the speedy and getting a few race laps in around the club the build guide can be found Here and the A4 tiled plans can be found Here. Its the easiest build you will get for any plane and it goes together very quick. I would recommend using the servo spacers and get the aileron servo down out of the way so you can slide the lipo as far forward as you can get it for cog
The plans don't actually give the cog but i found mine to be 1/2 to 3/4 back from the LE near the fuse but no further than 3/4.

I hope you guys build a few, you must have a 2200 to 3000kv motor and 30 amp esc and a couple of 9g servos floating around, throw this thing together and enjoy the same buzz i get every time you fly this little sucker.

This is a picture of the air frame it took me 45 minutes to get this far the rest is easy.
