Well its about time i posted a build on here and seeing the weather is not playing ball I decided to make a new plane for wet weather thats sure to follow. (clue)
I'm not giving away the name just yet its something for you to work out?

SCOUSE YOUR NOT INCLUDED...

I dont mean that in a nasty way guys its just that he's building the same plane so you could call it a joint effort, the plans we have are not your average plans and theres lots to add/change/redesign to get this build up and running

The full build is from depron as its cheap and easy to work with yet gives good strength if put together right.
So far this is where I am and this is still in the dry fit stage so not one drop of glue in the build as of yet.

Scouse, its your turn with the pics...

A little further on , no carbon in yet , none of the tail section is glued , the main wing has no carbon and no glue yet , i ripped the top piece off because i wanted to add more strength to the saddle , the cockpit will be done last simply because its a pain.

The next one will have the mistakes ironed out

A little plane for the wet days Dsc00710

Whoever made the original plan wants a swift kick in the nuts , so many mistakes its unreal but it at least gives you an idea of were to start from but does leave far too much to the imagination.

Nice one scouse you've certainly give the plans a run m8, Its not easy when the parts you get on the plan dont actually fit the plane, this plane does deserve the extra works involved to get it airbourne as there's not many of these about that actually fly. Its reported that even the build kit thats available to buy do not fly without serious modifications to make it happen, Imo its a complete disgrace that a model company would sell a product under these conditions.

For those that are still curious this is the plane the model is based on.

I dont know about retracts yet pete, I'll probably just go with removable landing gear, the plane is 1000mm span
length 890mm
weight rtf 650-690 grams
wing area 16 sq,dm
wing loading 40-43 gram/dm,sq
motor 2216/06 (2200kv)
prop 5x3x3 or 6x4 pusher
esc 25-35amp
lipo 1500-1800mah
colour white lol

Its a weird little plane but looks really cool when finished.

Scouse I have a laser level here for you bud, your kids will thank me one day m8 Razz
