| I seriously recommend no one buys this plane... it has caused nothing but trouble. The elevator came snapped in half, the servos are worth binning, the servo hatches for the wings don't fit, even after I replaced the wing servos with smaller ones, the elevator servo piping is incredibly sticky and makes the servo slow to react, and not centre correctly. It barely fits a 1000mah 3 cell battery, let alone a 1300 as the site recommends. And to top it all off, the wing nut has fallen off the inside, and with out sawing the plane in half, I can't glue another one on (at least not securely enough to fasten a wing on), so it is now unusable. Was hoping to maiden it tomorrow | |

| Got to say after Mike's Parkjet , I agree with Sam
Don't buy the HK kits with Servo's and acc. The gear supplied by HK is Junk.
e.g Parkjet servos Rubbish Elevon Mixer . resolution is so poor its unflyable Motor burned up esc pending , not tested it yet
Buy their Base kits and fit your own gear Paul

| I maidened it yesterday, flew reasonably well and glides very well aswell. I have replaced 2 servos with futaba digital servos, and 1 with a turnigy servo. Also glued some plywood skids to the servos so the arms don't scrape along the grass. Has the original ESC and motor in and they work really well | |

| Yes it is quite fast, considering it's only running on a 30A esc on 3s. It turns on a penny on full throttle. It also glides forever, I can do 5 loops with the throttle off. It's not as fast as the voodoo but it's a bit bigger and looks more stable.
If you're going to get one you need the 1000mah 3s nano-tech packs or similar, and replace all the servos with digital ones. I might be flying it this weekend if the weathers nice so you can have a look at it there.

| Oh and it also goes quite slow aswell, although to land I had to cut the throttle 3/4 of a circuit before landing otherwise it would overshoot. | |

| Sam. enable Flapperons in your Tx and deflect both Ailerons upward, controlled by the side slider (Throttle side) on your Futaba Tx
This will allow you to control the L/D ratio on landing

paul to use flapperons you have to not have a y-lead on the ailerons i take it. might try this on the axn glider.

| Paul I have added 2 mixs now for air brakes
jeff if you want one you might need to have a look at mine as the quality isn't great in some areas and it could save you some time with the build.
