I'm also building 2 polarises

My dad also wanted one so I'm making 2 at the same time. Pinned 1 piece of depron below the other to cut it out at the same time. I also tried to save plenty of space on the depron so I can build another plane



Cut out the wings and elevators and uhu-pored some floats together so far.

this plane is getting as popular as the quads lol.

It would be good if we got a video of them all in the air

Very smooth motor I've used them on a few planes now and never had any issues.

Cheers keith. Is there also somewhere special to get 3/8" depron strips or do I have to cut them out myself other than that all pieces on both planes are cut out.

You'll have to cut them out yourself bud, as long as you have enough to sand the edges of the fuse round it does not really matter if you go a little bigger.
Just sit your ruler on the depron and you'll whip through what you need in minutes anyway, 6x8mm is what i used on mine

My dad just told me he has a special tool for cutting strips of balsa and can be also used for depron I have a full day tomorrow, could get it done by sunday if I don't go flying on saturday, depends on the weather

Yeah I know sam just looks funny not being turned round yet, i reckon a 1x1 prop might fit as it is might be short on power though lol

Well seeing as no ones flying I got a bit more polaris done, now it just needs the elevator servo and elevator sticking on, and lots of colourful tape
