Subject: Here's one I prepared earlier Wed Jan 25, 2012 9:00 am
Now I have another rx to the collection (cheers Ade) its going into this plane that I built nearly 2 years ago I last flew it down at kirky one night after work and its amazing how you forget just how good a flyer your planes are. Its designed around the aero which can be found over on rcg, the wing is the KFM design incoprporating 3 steps for high lift ability. specs are 52 inch wingspan 43 inches long and AUW of 30 ozs it has by design a pod in the fuse to carry a camera such as the go pro. Motor is 1000kv running an 11x4.7 prop and will stay airbourne on a flys whisper lol
Heres the kfm wing 2200mah fits a treat in there giving 20 minutes in the air with ease
Enough with the pics here's the maiden video, keep in mind I was very nervous with this one and I had been flying helis for 2 years before planes. note to self bring out the helis lol
Ian had gave me so much grief over this flight i had to take a run at him first...so i did

I have a cap 232 on 9s which i've only flown 4 times or so, and a few 12s planes I only ever really fly at airshows maybe I should bring the 1/4 scale spacewalker to kirky

Its a great plane to fly and your right about the field it is massive and I have permission to fly there due to my dad knowing a guy who knows a guy
its setup and rtf m8 hopefully this weekend if work stuff goes ok tomorrow.

This one will be getting a run out today as it seems ages since I flew it, Installed with the AR500 I should be fine for range to.

The plane had it's rumour and the flight was superb for an old plane it handles very well
